Congratulations to our 2025-2026 Student Government Officers

The Bishop Kenny Student Government Association (SGA) proudly welcomes this year’s elected leaders—four outstanding Crusaders chosen by their peers to represent the voice and spirit of our school.

Leading the way is SGA President Jacob Valenzuela ’26, who will guide and oversee Student Council meetings with vision and dedication. Working alongside him is Vice President Jumaero Santos ’26, a dynamic partner in student leadership, as well as Treasurer Maria Patelli ’27, who will manage resources with care and precision, and Secretary Taylor Lawhon ’27, who will ensure organization and communication remain strong.

Jacob shared his hopes for the year ahead, saying: “First, I hope to support a sense of interdependency between clubs in order to strengthen our one link as a Crusader. Second, I hope to encourage my classmates to stay sharpening themselves in this time of AI.”

The SGA, in partnership with the Student Council, serves as a bridge between students and administration, working to promote school spirit, strengthen community service, and create opportunities for student voices to be heard. Together, these leaders are committed to building unity, fostering collaboration, and ensuring that the 2025–2026 school year shines as a true celebration of Crusader excellence.
