October Students of the Month: Eva Darragjati and Caleb Mattison

Bishop Kenny High School recognizes seniors Eva Darragjati ’27 and Caleb Mattison ’27 as the October Students of the Month for Most School Spirit. Both students bring enthusiasm, leadership and a strong sense of Crusader pride to the many ways they are involved in the Bishop Kenny community.

Eva Darragjati ’27 embraces every opportunity to be involved and make the most of her BK experience. She is a member of Interact, Kenny Angels, Red & White Girls, Campus Ministry, BK Ambassadors, Spanish and Medical Career Clubs, as well as the English and Spanish honor societies. She also shows her school spirit as a member of the basketball sideline cheer team. Eva hopes to attend Florida International University and study psychology, with an interest in becoming a mission trip leader. “I truly believe that the meaning of life is to give life meaning,” Eva said. “I think I bring that fun Crusader spirit to everything I do at BK, and I want others to have the best experience at BK supporting all our teams and clubs.”

Caleb Mattison ’27 brings his enthusiasm and leadership to both the classroom and the athletic community. A member of Campus Ministry and Crusader Athletes for Christ, Caleb competes in football and track and field. He plans to continue his football career at the Division I level and hopes to pursue a degree in sports management. “Don’t let anyone tell you that the sky’s the limit because there are footprints on the moon!” Caleb said. “I hope to leave my mark on the BK football field and to inspire others by my enthusiasm and leadership.”

Eva and Caleb exemplify the spirit, enthusiasm and leadership that help make the Bishop Kenny community special.
