How to Make an MLA Header
Paul DiGeorgio, Ph.D.

Your MLA header should be located in the top left corner of your first page. Your header should have your full name, the name of your instructor, the name of the course, and the date you are submitting the assignment. Make sure that you have this information double-spaced.

Here is an example:

Josephine O'Leary

Dr. DiGeorgio

English 4 Honors

20 August 2020

This header should only be on your first page.
