Lauren O'Hara May '04 is the Director of Advocacy for Step up Students. She recently and had the opportunity to speak on Fox Friends about the success of Catholic schools and education freedoms that are now available to parents and students.

Stephanie Castro '03 is taking on a new role as Assistant Director of Student Government at University of North Florida. She recently earned her M.S. degree in Leadership and Learning from Jacksonville University.

Retinal Loop, a solo presentation of new paintings by Brooklyn-based artist Lauren Anaïs Hussey ‘08 has opened at Chart Gallery in New York. Featuring seven works on canvas, the exhibition opened on Friday, March 15, 2024, and will remain on view through April 27, 2024. This is Hussey’s debut solo exhibition.

Karley Dry '20 graduated from Jacksonville University with a BS in Nursing. In addition to receiving the highest academic honors, Karley received the Student of the Year award for the College of Nursing and the President's Award, the highest honor awarded to a JU graduate. During her time at JU, Karley served at captain of the cheerleading squad and received a very competitive internship at St. Jude's Children's Hospital in Memphis.

Maggie Boyle Olinto ’16 graduated from Roseman University of Health Sciences College with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Maggie will reside in St. Lake City, UT to practice dentistry.

Nicole Marchigiano Miller '16 and Josh Miller '16 welcomed a baby girl on April 23, 2024. Sophia Rose weighed in at 7lbs 1oz and 19 in.

Shelby Sebesta Stone ’09 and her husband, Bradley, welcomed a beautiful baby girl on December 8, 2023. Poppy Carver weighed in at 7lbs 15oz and joins her big bother Colby (2.5).

Victoria Richter '15 and Austin McGowan '13 were married on Saturday, April 20, 2024 in Jacksonville, FL. Alumni members of the bridal party included Preston Richter '17, Michael Richter '20, Matthew McGowan '03, Michael McGowan '05, Ali Deaux McGowan '06, Mary McGowan '17, Anne Marie McGowan Corpora '07, Christine Joseph '15, Madeline Freel '15, and Samuel Heekin '15. The couple will reside in Jacksonville, FL.
