Course Lists

Course lists will be emailed to parents on Thursday, July 27 and will include information regarding eBooks/resources.

The course materials for any class that requires the purchase of a paper or digital textbook/subscription will be purchased by Bishop Kenny and deployed through Canvas, directly to the student’s iPad, or will be distributed in class. The charge for these required course materials will be billed via FACTS Financial in late August/early September.

Students may be required to purchase ancillary (lab manual) or specific course materials on their own if deemed more cost effective. Links for purchase will be provided by the instructor of the course.

Class Schedules and iPad Distribution - August 2-9
Class schedules, with class periods, lunches and teachers, will be distributed with the iPad. As included in the Application for Admission to Bishop Kenny High School, all parents and students agree to abide by the iPad Acceptable Use Policy.

1:1 iPad Program

As Bishop Kenny continues the 1:1 iPad initiative, the administration recognizes that parents and students may have questions about the program. Our technology team is available in the Demetree Learning Commons during school hours to assist students with any concerns.

Beginning with the 2023-2024 school year, all students will be issued a Logitech iPad Keyboard and Trackpad case. Students must use this case at all times and will be issued a case only once during their four years at Bishop Kenny. Should the case become damaged, it must be replaced at an additional cost.
