Bishop Kenny High School uses the Facts SIS School Management Software as their student information system. 

The FACTS Family Portal is a private and secure site that allows parents to see academic and school information specific to their child(ren).  Only an Internet-capable device is needed to view information such as:

• Daily Grades
• Missing Assignments
• School Announcements
• School Re-Enrollment Forms
• Teacher Email Addresses
• Customized Web Surveys
• Other Useful School Information

Directions for how to access the FACTS Family Portal, including how to view student grades, will be sent via email by August 24, 2023.

Annual Flu Shot Clinic - September 19, 2023

Health Hero FL is offering the flu shot to BK students on our campus during the school day on Tuesday, September 19.

If your student would like to get a flu shot here at BK, please complete the consent form (or Spanish language consent form) and return it to our nurse, Christine Pellicer - PellicerC@bishopkenny.net or to the main office.  

The completed form must be returned no later than 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 14.  The form can also be found on the Family Portal

Questions regarding your child's academic progress?  We recommend that you first contact the classroom teacher.  Contact information is available in the FACTS Family Portal or via our Faculty/Staff Directory.  

Please also feel free to reach out to the Office of School Counseling.  

Each Tuesday, look for an email from Mrs. Mary Ritter, Activities Coordinator, with the weekly parent bulletin, Crusader Update.  A copy will also be posted in the FACTS Family Portal.

Re-enrollment for the 2024-2025 School Year opens Wednesday, January 10.  The deadline to complete the re-enrollment process is Friday, February 9.

Steps to complete the re-enrollment process:

1. Login to your FACTS Family Portal

2. Click on the Apply/Enroll tab on the left menu

3. Click on Enrollment/Reenrollment - then "click here to open enrollment"
