All visitors during the school day must check-in at the Main Office with a valid photo ID. A background screening is performed by our visitor management software and the visitor will receive an adhesive pass to wear on campus.
For students departing during the school day for appointments, a phone call and note from a parent or guardian must be received by the Main Office before school on the day of departure. Students will not be called out of class or released during a class period except in verified emergency situations. Parent/guardians are encouraged to schedule appointments and student pick-ups during class changes, lunch, or outside school hours whenever possible.
Students with permission to drive to school will check-out at the Dean's Office and then be released to the parking lot. For students who do not drive, a parent or authorized adult (with photo ID) must sign-out the student at the Main Office. Please park in visitor's parking.
PLEASE NOTE: early dismissals are not permitted after 2:30 pm (or 1:30 pm on Wednesdays).
Parents are not permitted to wait in vehicles or form a dismissal line until after 2:30 pm (or 1:30 pm on Wednesdays).
