Competitive weightlifting provides our female athletes with an incredible opportunity. Not only does weightlifting empower girls to build and work toward their own individual goals, it also teaches them life skills as part of a team dynamic with a common goal. While our girls are encouraged to showcase their own individual strength and athleticism, we as a program are only strong if we encourage each other and work together.
